Gogglebox star Simon Minty has bravely opened up about his battle with mental health with his followers. The Channel 4 TV personality, who stars on the show with his sister Jane, updated followers as he revealed he sees a counsellor. Simon and his sister Jane, from London, joined the show in October 2021.
