A 15-year-old girl was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Oldham.
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene of the crash on Ripponden Road, in the Moorside area, at around 5pm last night (Tuesday). The girl was taken to hospital by paramedics.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said the extent of her injuries 'are still unknown'. It has not yet been confirmed whether any arrests were made.

The road was closed off by police after the crash, between the A62 Huddersfield Road and Northgate Lane. In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "At around 5pm on Tuesday 18 October 2022, Greater Manchester received reports of a road traffic collision on Ripponden Road, Oldham.
"This was involving a car and a 15-year-old female pedestrian who was taken to hospital for treatment. The extent of her injuries are still unknown at this time."
