I can't pinpoint when my anxiety started, only that the first time I realized I needed help with it was about a year after graduating college. I was working in a job that wasn't very fulfilling, and the lack of engagement and stress (it was corporate PR and we were going through a media crisis) had me feeling so anxious that when I came home at night all I could do was cry in frustration.
