Gerard Butler has filed a lawsuit against the producers of 'Olympus Has Fallen'. The 51-year-old actor has taken legal action against production companies Nu Image, Millennium Film and Padre Nuestro Productions in a dispute over profits for the 2013 action film, in which he played the role of Secret Service agent Mike Banning.

The Scottish actor plays Secret Service agent Mike Banning who foils high stake terrorist plots in the action-packed film series, which has raked in around £122m at the Box Office.
According to Variety, the lawsuit alleges that the producers had undervalued domestic and foreign receipts by tens of millions of dollars.
