While pregnant with her second child, Thiago, who was born in July last year, Gemma made no secret of her keenness to get back into her gym routine once safe to do so. After welcoming her baby boy, with Strictly star fiance Gorka Marquez, via C-section, the mum-of-two took her time when it came to her fitness.
But back in January, Gemma kickstarted a 12-week programme at Ultimate Performance Manchester with her trainer who she has dubbed 'Evil Steve' after her last three-month stint took place in 2017 before the couple welcomed their two children into the world - starting with daughter Mia in 2019.

At the time, Gemma joked it was Gorka's fault that she was back but months on and the Bury-born star has been seen in a new video from the day she completed her last session with 'Evil Steve' - for now.
