Gayle King: It feels like ‘open season’ on black men after racial incidents

Gayle King is opening up about some of the specific fears she's had while raising a black son in America. ET's Kevin Frazier spoke to the 65-year-old journalist Tuesday about the nationwide protests following the death of George Floyd.King said that while racism is not new, it's now being caught on tape in a way that hasn't happened before. She specifically talked about the death of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed black man who was fatally shot in Georgia.

Gayle King is opening up about her own emotional coverage of the police killing of George Floyd and the fear she feels for her own son facing systemic racism in America. King joined the hosts of on Thursday via video chat, and the journalist teared up rewatching her report of Floyd's murder, in which she cried while reporting on his death.

The CBS This Morning host, 65, is worried about the repercussions of her 33-year-old, Will Bumpus Jr., doing things as innocuous as walking his dog and being killed because of the color of his skin.

Siânnise Fudge and Luke Trotman have been seen joining a Black Lives Matter protest in London.The loved-up couple, who found fame on the first ever winter series of the hit ITV dating show Love Island, were photographed holding hands as they posed for the camera in the capital, where hundreds of people were marching in solidarity. Luke, 22, opted for a casual look as he wore a simple black t-shirt with a pair of grey shorts, which matched with his grey trainers.
