Terry Crews has apologized to Gabrielle Union for failing to support her after she was dismissed from America’s Got Talent.As the actress filed an official harassment and discrimination complaint against the AGT producers and NBC Universal executives, the show’s host confessed he had been inspired by the Black Lives Matter protests sweeping through America and wanted to apologize to the former judge for not having her back when she first criticized the TV talent contest for being a “toxic”

The actress has filed the complaint with California's Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), reports hollywoodreporter.com.She has claimed that she was fired from the Simon Cowell-created competition show for "her refusal to remain silent in the face of a toxic culture (at the sets) that included racist jokes, racist performances, sexual orientation discrimination, and excessive focus on female judges' appearances, including race-related comments".The complaint comes months after

It's been over six months since news broke that Gabrielle Union would not be returning to the  judges' table, but her battle with NBC, Simon Cowell, FremantleMedia and Syco Entertainment seems far from finished.

LOS ANGELES -- Gabrielle Union filed a complaint Thursday with the state of California against NBC and the producers of “America’s Got Talent," the latest move in a fight over her allegations that she was fired for objecting to an on-set environment that tolerated racism.

In late May, NBC announced the findings of an independent investigation into Gabrielle Union’s allegations of racism on set. Apparently, they found no wrongdoing. But now Gabrielle Union is suing America’s Got Talent’s Simon Cowell for racism along with the network. It is not the time for NBC to play.

Underneath Gabrielle’s Instagram birthday tribute for her stepdaughter on May 29, Hill wrote in a now-deleted comment, “Happy Birthday young man!! Read Letters to a Young Brother!!!
