HBO’s planned Friends reunion project is proving “complicated” for series co-creator Marta Kauffman to organize.
In November, reports suggested the cast, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer, along with creators Kauffman and David Crane, were discussing a possible reunion for streaming site HBO Max.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Kauffman confessed it’s still in the very early stages.

The cast of could be getting paid big bucks for a reunion special that's reportedly in the works.
That Friends reunion special might not be DOA after all. New reporting indicates that all six stars of the iconic sitcom may have finally reached an agreement with HBO Max to appear in that much-fussed Friends reunion event for the WarnerMedia streaming service, which launches this May with Friends as an (expensive) essential part of its library.
