Bret Baier will continue to serve as anchor and executive editor of Fox News’ Special Report, after the network extended his current multi-year deal.

Fox News said that there are no serious discussions with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) about joining the network, after he indicated to The Daily Beast that he was talking to them.

Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News on Friday, arguing the cable news giant falsely claimed in an effort to boost faltering ratings that the voting company had rigged the 2020 election.
