Firefighters urge people not to have barbeques on moors after tackling grass blaze in Tameside

Firefighters were called to the blaze near Carrbrook on Sunday afternoon (June 13). A photograph shared on Twitter shows a large area of scorched grassland, with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) confirming that around 2,500 square metres were affected.
