The Wire star Michael K Williams has tragically died aged 54.The actor's representative confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that the actor, best known for playing Omar Little on the HBO drama series, had passed away. They said in an emotional statement to the publication: "It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Emmy nominated actor Michael Kenneth Williams." "They ask for your privacy while grieving this unsurmountable loss," they added.
