Fife. Police are urgently appealing to the public to help trace Kelly-Ann MacDonald, who was last seen by a relative in Kirkcaldy’s Templehall Avenue at around noon on Thursday, September 16.
Kelly-Ann has not been seen or heard from since and was reported missing to the police on Wednesday, September 22. She is described as white, around 5ft 7ins in height, with long brown hair and a heavy build.
