As social distancing becomes the new norm amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, theaters have temporarily darkened their screens, forcing many studios to push back the release dates of upcoming films. But some are dropping their newest releases on streaming for at-home quarantine viewing, instead.

Phase Four of Marvel's programming slate, which includes big blockbuster films and limited TV shows that will stream on Disney+, has been delayed as a result of the novel coronavirus. The COVID-19 pandemic pushed the release of Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow, the character's long-awaited solo film, from May until November. Unsurprisingly, this move then set off a domino effect for the rest of Phase Four, at least on the big screen.

Quibi, the mobile streaming service that specializes in "quick bite" content," launched in April with 50 shows, but they already have dozens of other series lined up in the hopes of keeping subscribers engaged and attracting new ones.

It can be hard to keep track of all the new streaming services hitting your screens, but Quibi hopes to set itself apart by focusing solely on short-form mobile video. All of Quibi's series will only be able to stream on phones, with every episode clocking in under 10 minutes.
