An Etsy seller has gone viral after a buyer got a mortifying surprise when she opened up the wall hanging she'd sent her.
Etsy seller Charlotte Andrews runs Bohemian Forest Designs - a company which makes beautiful rustic signs.
But she got the shock of her life after reading one woman's review.
