Escape to the Chateau's Angel Strawbridge looks like she's putting the recent drama surrounding the axe of her Channel 4 show behind her.The 45 year old posed for a beaming selfie with one of her pals, posted to Instagram, and she didn't look like she had a care in the world as she smiled for the camera. Her hair was coloured its usual flaming red, and Angel had made sure she had her trademark quiff, as she used numerous hair clips to keep it in place.
In a typically characteristic fashion, Angel wore a flower-printed kimono, whilst her black-haired pal donned a leopard-print shirt. Angel was very active on her Instagram on Wednesday, as she reposted from a friends' Instagram as they expressed their gratitude to her and her husband, Dick, for showing them around their famous French chateau, which was the focal point for their previously wildly-successful Channel 4 show.
In recent weeks, however, plenty of drama has surrounded the show as it was announced that it had been axed from TV. It was reported that Dick and Angel, who share two young children, clashed with producers, leading to the show being axed following its ninth series, which aired last December.
