Brentford are reportedly searching for a new goalkeeper, a move that could boost Manchester United’s hopes of landing David Raya.
The Spanish shot-stopper has turned down two contract offers from the Bees. The Premier League outfit are now reportedly keen on bringing in Freiburg’s Mark Flekken.
Whilst David de Gea’s contract negotiations remain ongoing, United may be tempted to battle it out for Raya’s signature, and The Sun report that Brentford are already searching for his replacement. De Gea's future at Old Trafford remains uncertain, with the club yet to trigger the option of a one-year extension to his deal.

Elsewhere, the Mirror report that Barcelona’s pursuit of Manchester City’s Ilkay Gundogan could increase United’s chances of landing Frenkie de Jong.
United agreed a deal with Barca last summer for the transfer of De Jong, with the Dutch star ultimately opting to remain at the Nou Camp. Ahead of the upcoming transfer window, MEN Sport understand Erik ten Hag is not against the idea of launching another pursuit of his fellow countryman.
Whilst De Jong’s preference is to remain at Barcelona, the La Liga giants' growing financial worries mean they will be forced to sell players if they want to sign Gundogan. Therefore, they may be forced to show the Dutchman the exit door if Gundogan arrives.
