The track features the duo’s – comprised of Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore – signature bright electronic beats and dreamlike vocals.Speaking of the track, Littlemore said:”‘Changes’ represents the shifting sands of time, empires rise and fall but the sun shall shine on.
