has been wearing almost exclusively sheer garments all summer long, and this past weekend was no exception. On Friday, July 21, was spotted on the streets of New York City wearing a on her way out to dinner. Despite 90% humidity and a scorching temperature in the 90s, EmRata wore the long-sleeve number (though, presumably, she got great ventilation).
