‘Emily in Paris’ Moves From Paramount Network to Netflix

Wildly short seasons of hour-long British dramas set in the Second World War are returning to television, it appears that nature is healing. Amazon and BBC One have joined forces to produce a TV adaptation of Nancy Mitford’s “The Pursuit of Love,” starring Lily James, Emily Beecham, Dominic West, and Andrew Scott.

Emily in Paris to fill that void in the fall. On Monday, July 13, announced that it had acquired the series—which stars and was created by Sex and the City and genius Darren Star—from MTV Studios.

Lily Collins upcoming series, Emily in Paris, has hopped networks and will actually be premiering on Netflix later this year.
