The 64-year-old comedian and her wife Portia de Rossi purchased the property in September 2021.

Located in a private gated community on nearly three-quarters of an acre of land, the home has three bedrooms and four baths. It was built in 2018 and clocks in at about 4,700 square feet of single-level living space.
The house features an open-concept great room with a dual-sided fireplace and floor-to-ceiling Steelcase doors and a kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island and high-end appliances. There are also separate bedroom wings on either side of the house, one of which is home to the owner’s suite while the other shares two guest bedrooms.
Outdoors, there are various drought-tolerant plants and olive trees, as well as a built-in barbeque, a fireside lounge area and a dining space.
