South Lanarkshire Council have introduced a raft of restrictions including limits to the number of people on site and what waste and recyclables can be disposed of.
The council is urging residents to consider if any visit to a recycling centre is really necessary as lengthy queues are expected and no one will be permitted to join queues after closing time.
