EastEnders star Jessie Wallace, who plays the role of the iconic Kat Slater on the long-running BBC soap, has shared a rare snap with her fiance, Justin Gallwey, as the pair embarked on a romantic outing together.
The actress shared the adorable picture on her Instagram which showed the pair grinning from ear to ear as they posed for the camera. Jessie, 51, simply captioned the snap with a row of love heart emojis.
Fans rushed to the comments and complimented the actress, and her fiance, on how happy they looked together. One penned: “Gorgeous pic of you both”, while another said: “my girl you look gorgeous as always”.
A third sweetly added: “Beautiful picture, the happiness is real”, while another penned: “The most beautiful girl in this whole wide world love you Jess”. Last summer the couple left fans confused after hinting that they may have already tied the knot, when Jessie referred to her beau as "my hubby" in a sweet Instagram snap.
The sweet photo saw Jessie snuggled up to Justin as the pair lovingly embraced each other, although eagle-eyed fans noted that neither were wearing wedding rings.
Prior to this, Justin had hinted at his plans to propose after he commented on a photo of Jessie and her friend Jaime Winstone modelling matching costume jewellery on the set of a special flashback episode of EastEnders. Jessie's beau wrote: "See I told you you would have a ring on that finger by the end of the year." Earlier this year, The Sun on Sunday reported that the couple are "getting hitched after at least a year together", with a source close to the TV star having told the outlet: "Jessie has been proudly wearing the ring."
