East Ayrshire Council chief reveals how much coronavirus could cost region this year

Ayrshire in the past seven days.While a huge rise in cases has been recorded in other areas of Scotland, Ayrshire's daily case total has remained relatively stable this month.In the past 24 hours 13 new cases have been recorded with the total for the region now at 1,527.Across Scotland 350 new cases have been declared with the national case total now at 24,126.Tragically, three deaths have been confirmed in the past 24 hours.
