A rumor was started by a comic book writer that Dylan O’Brien was eyed to play Dick Grayson / Nightwing in the Batman DC Universe.
It appears that rumor got back to Dylan, who just commented on the legitimacy of the casting rumblings!

While making an appearance on the Post Cred Pod podcast, Dylan was asked if he’d heard about that rumor, which gained a lot of traction on the Internet with fans hoping it would happen.
He said in response, “I’m aware of it. I’ve seen a lot of it. I’ve not heard anything about it on the professional side, but it’s cool that it made its way to me, to the point where I asked my manager, ‘Is this even an actual thing?’”
The rumor first took off a few months ago from a tweet, which circulated on Reddit.
