Linda and Anne Nolan have announced they're set to release a tell-all book about how they've been coping amid their respective cancer battles.The 61 year old was diagnosed with incurable liver cancer back in August and announced her 70 year old sister Anne was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer at the same time. Since then, the pair have been quite vocal about their struggles, regularly informing the public with updates.

Saved by the Bell star died from lung cancer at the age of 44. The pharmacy technician, known as Tash, told DailyMail.
