A dump worker who rescued £20,000 stashed in Bisto tins from a rubbish skip has celebrated his 60th birthday with a brilliant themed cake.
Kenny McAdam, from Alexandria, and his colleague Tony Scanlon rummaged through bins at the Dalmoak Recycling Centre on Renton Road in January to find the cash after relatives of a woman in her 80s accidentally threw the precious loot out while clearing out her home.
After realising the mistake they rushed back to the centre to tell the workers.
