A driver cheated death after her van smashed through stonework, veered off a bridge and landed on its side in a river below.
The unnamed woman was pulled from the River Isla, near Keith, Moray with injuries described as “non-life-threatening”.
Emergency services were called to the B9014 Dufftown road about a mile south of Keith after the one-vehicle crash shortly after 10am on Wednesday.
The driver was reportedly pulled from the van while it was in the River Isla after it dropped more than 12ft
