Orkney. An RNLI rescue crew was scrambled to the scene at Orphir on Thursday morning after two-year-old Blue ended up in the icy waters.
The plucky pooch managed to scramble his way onto a cliff ledge where he was found thankfully unharmed. With the tide coming in, rescuers quickly managed to get him onboard the lifeboat before reuniting him with his relieved owner.RNLI Stromness Lifeboat shared images of the rescue and told how little Blue was thankfully unharmed following his ordeal.They said:
