Calling the internet a “stupid mess,” the Bad Guy songstress pointed out that everyone has become so sensitive lately.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed today that Drake’s use of the 1982 recording “Jimmy Smith Rap” in his song “Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2” was fair use of the copyrighted work. Drake’s song appeared on his 2013 album “Nothing Was the Same.”

The track doesn’t appear on any other streaming platforms, but both rappers shared it on their social media. The collaboration follows their recent hit, “Life is Good,” which currently sits at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
