Donald Trump toured a mask factory in Arizona yesterday (May 5) while the most timely of songs played in the background: Guns N’ Roses’ cover of the James Bond theme ‘Live and Let Die.’
As Trump toured the factory, which is churning out N95 masks for the federal government, he was accompanied by a series of officials and wore safety glasses but did not opt for a face mask.

Unlike Donald Trump, Joe Biden has no problem with protecting others by wearing a face mask. The presumptive Democratic nominee for the upcoming 2020 presidential election briefly strapped his face mask on during the May 21 episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, his first time doing so on late night television (but certainly not his first time wearing a mask in general).
For a brief period on May 21, Donald Trumpwore a face mask for the first time where someone was able to get a photo of him wearing the protective covering. The president, 73, has been adamant about not wearing any type of facial protection in public throughout the coronavirus crisis, despite CDC recommendations and the rules of various states.

The First Lady attended a presidential recognition ceremony at the White House on Friday, May 15, along with her husband President Donald Trump, 73, who also opted not to wear a protective face covering or gloves. The pair were seen greeting a group of in-uniform Girl Scouts at the Rose Garden ceremony, with the President handing out paper certificates to several honorees.
