At the time, in the pre-Elon Musk days, the social network’s legal team was rightfully concerned his continued election misinformation would foment even more violence — as it had at the Capitol. So they suspended him. He has since made due with his own Truth Social, even choosing to stay away from the bird when Elon offered him his page back.

But in the wake of his fourth indictment — and first arrest where he had to take a mugshot — Trump decided to return to the platform. Clearly he thinks the newly rebranded X will be a place he can dig for treasure in the form of supporters’ hard-earned money! Because his first tweet back in two and a half years was an ad for a t-shirt with his mugshot on it:
