The latest rumours surrounding Harry and Chris, who plays his boss Frank in the film, were largely ignited when Them editor Michael Cuby tweeted at Harry: “Did you or did you not spit on Chris Pine?”
There is no known beef between the actors. However, fans were quick to point out another video of Chris “zoning out” whilst Harry spoke during press interviews for the movie. One tweeted: “Chris Pine zoning out in a press conference is a mood.”
This is not the first time that the rumour mill has latched on to an alleged backstage feud between cast members. Fans speculated that Florence and Olivia had fallen out after the leading actress seemingly snubbed the Don't Worry Darling press conference and was seen strutting through Venice sipping a cocktail instead, the Mirror reports.

“Don’t Worry Darling” opened theatrically on Friday, Sept. 23, but the film has been overshadowed by widespread reports of behind-the-scenes friction between star Florence Pugh and director Olivia Wilde during production.
Amid reports of a heated feud between Florence Pugh and Olivia Wilde on the set of Don’t Worry Darling, the film’s production company is standing behind the project.
Don’t say that she never supported or promoted the film. Don’t Worry Darling star Florence Pugh dumped a ton of vibrant behind the scenes photos from the film today, the opening day for the New Line movie. Friday midday estimates are still wild showing that the Olivia Wilde directed movie could do anywhere from $18M-$23M this weekend.
Friday, Vulture reported that Wilde and Pugh became so heated during the movie’s production that Emmerich was “forced to play referee in a ‘long negotiation process'” to ensure that Pugh would participate in the movie’s press promotion and “not jeopardize the potential box office.” But an individual with knowledge of the production disputed the idea that Emmerich was contacted to intervene between the director and star of the thriller, which opens Friday with much behind-the-scenes sturm und drang. The studio also disputed Vulture’s reporting that studio executives are unhappy with how Wilde has promoted the film, specifically over how she handled discussing Shia LaBeouf’s exit as the film’s co-star (replaced before shooting began with pop star Harry Styles). “We are so proud of the work that Olivia Wilde has done making this incredibly beautiful and entertaining film and look forward to collaborating with her again,” Warner Bros.
Florence Pugh has been mostly silent about her movie Don’t Worry Darling on her social media pages, but she just wrote a heartfelt open letter about her experience making the movie.
Olivia Wilde’s new film “Don’t Worry Darling” is here!
Harry Styles have released ‘With You All The Time’, a song from the soundtrack to their new film, Don’t Worry Darling.Credited to the artists’ respective characters in the film, Alice and Jack, the song follows a mostly instrumental structure, with distorted snippets of Pugh’s voice playing over an eerie melody played on a grand piano. The latter comes courtesy of Styles, who’d apparently minted a demo of the song in just five minutes.Speaking to Variety last month, Olivia Wilde – who directed Don’t Worry Darling – said of the track: “In prep, Harry called me and said, ‘What’s the trigger song? Like, what’s the melody?’ I said, ‘I don’t know. I’m going to different writers to write it.

Olivia Wilde has the seal of approval from Harry Styles' mom, Anne Twist. The 54-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday to rave about Wilde's new film, which stars her pop star son. «First time in the French cinema… first day showing… ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ you were excellent! Really enjoyed from start to finish,» Twist captioned the pics of herself and some friends giving their thumbs up.
really hates Wilde and co-star Harry Styles, who are a couple; that Wilde misled the public as to why scandalous actor Shia LaBeouf departed the project; and that Styles maybe hocked a loogie on Chris Pine. What fun! Shame all of that chaos was way more entertaining than the film that caused it. “Darling” is a garbage pizza of other better movies and TV shows: “The Stepford Wives,” “The Twilight Zone,” “Get Out,” “Black Mirror,” “Pleasantville,” “The Truman Show,” “The Village” and on and on. A full-blown sci-fire sale. What it lacks — and that all of those memorable works have — is a mind-blowing shake-up that puts everything we thought we knew into question. An M.
Olivia Wilde knows “Don’t Worry Darling”‘s off-screen drama has overshadowed the movie itself. The 38-year-old director appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show”and reflected on the ongoing “soap opera” involving the cast of her flick.

I just popped very quickly to Venice to spit on Chris Pine,” Styles says jokingly in video footage captured by fans. “But fret not, we’re back!” “Don’t Worry Darling” has been at the center of the film festival’s rumor mill, with a video clip going viral on social media that appears to show Styles spitting on Pine as he takes a seat at Monday night’s premiere.
