Dominion Voting Systems Sues Rudy Giuliani For More Than $1.3 Billion

A voting technology company is suing Fox News, three of its top hosts and two former lawyers for former President Donald Trump — Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell — for $2.7 billion, charging that the defendants conspired to spread false claims that the company helped "steal" the U.S. presidential election.

Smartmatic said on Thursday that it filed a $2.7 billion lawsuit against Fox Corp., claiming that Fox News “irreparably harmed” its reputation when some of their news personalities and guests pegged the company as responsible for rigging election results.
