BreAnna Bell Dolly Parton has teamed up with CBS to present the “Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala” special which is slated to premiere on CBS Network and on Paramount+ on Feb. 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The special will air live and on demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs. The two-hour variety special will not only feature a runway of doggy talent sporting recreations of Parton’s most iconic ensembles and embellished looks from Dolly’s Doggy Parton pet line, but will also show exclusive performances of Parton’s hits including “9 to 5,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Puppy Love” and “Jolene,” from the country icon and country stars Lainey Wilson, Carly Pearce, Chris Janson and KC of KC of the Sunshine Band. Jane Lynch joins Parton as co-host alongside runway correspondents Kelly Osbourne and Rachel Smith.
Viewers can additionally expect appearances from stars like Iain Armitage (“Young Sheldon”), Drew Barrymore, Kristen Bell, Kristin Chenoweth, Margaret Cho, Neil Patrick Harris, Carson Kressley, Jim Nantz and Jessica Simpson, among others.
