Dog killed and owner injured after they were hit by car on busy Fife road

The girl, 14, suffered serious injuries after being struck by a BMW on Lightbowne Road at around 8.15 on Monday morning.Police say the girl was crossing the road at the time of the crash.She remains in hospital in a critical condition.A man, aged 45, has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

Fife. The boy was rushed into an ambulance after the incident occurred around 10.30am this morning in Methil.Police say the boy’s age and extent of his injuries are not yet known.
