A woman has been banned from keeping animal for 18 months after burying her Pomeranian puppy Spencer alive.
Inga Ozola, of Seven Stars Road, Leyland, was given an 18-week suspended sentence and ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work after causing "unnecessary suffering" to the dog by not taking him back to the vets for treatment and burying him alive.
