"I'm not what you consider a healthy eater," she said.
"I love McDonald's, I eat fried chicken… I loved everything my mother put in my mouth during my growing years, so I still imbibe those things."In regard to fitness, she said that being on tour and running through airports is her form of cardio."I am too lazy to exercise, I really am," the six-time Grammy winner said. "You'd be surprised, you're using a lot of energy [while performing.] It's a lot of exercise. Where do I get the energy? I don't know, I don't think about it. I just do it.
I love getting up on stage every night. The performance part is what I enjoy. I'll keep working until the joy goes out of what I do."One thing Dionne is adamant about taking care of is her skin."I like me, so I take care of me.
