Diet Coke drinkers have been issued a warning about the effects the popular beverage can have on the body after just one hour of consuming it.

Also found in sugar-free products such as chewing gum, aspartame is 200 times sweeter than sucrose and is commonly used as a sugar substitute in foods and beverages.
Niraj Naik, also known as The Renegade Pharmacist, first shared his knowledge of what Diet Coke does to the body back in 2015 through a viral infographic - and it's not good news.

Here's everything else you need to know, as reported by the Mirror.
20 minutes after sipping Diet Coke and Naik says your body switches to its "fat storage mode", citing studies from The Nurses' Health Study that connect such beverages to a higher risk of high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
According to Naik: "Like regular Coke, this can

Michael Nordine “What if there were a shark in the Seine?” is, one can only assume, a question that Parisians ponder on a daily basis. It’s also brilliant in its simplicity, if not quite as appealingly silly a high-concept premise as “what if there were snakes on a plane?” and “what if the moon … fell?” Look no further than “Under Paris” for an answer to the hypothetical that surely keeps Emmanuel Macron up at night, as Netflix’s new thriller swims rather than sinks as it adds life to a genre that’s been bloodless for far too long.
