Declan Rice has sent an emotional message to West Ham's supporters after it was announced he would likely be leaving the club this summer.
Rice has previously been a player of interest to Manchester United and reports have linked the Irons' midfielder with a switch to Old Trafford in recent weeks. On Thursday, Hammers chairman David Sullivan admitted the 24-year-old had likely played his last game for the club after he lifted the Europa Conference League trophy following a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Sullivan said: "I think it has to be [Rice's last game in a West Ham shirt]. We promised him he could go. He set his heart on going.
"You can't ask for a man who has committed more to us this season. In due course, he has to get on and we have to get a replacement - or several replacements.

"It's not something we want to happen. We offered him £200,000-a-week 18 months ago. He turned it down. It's cost him £10million to stay at West Ham in that time [in lost wages]. And he wants to go. You can't keep a player who doesn't want to be there."
Taking to Instagram on Friday night, Rice made no admission of his desire to leave the London Stadium. He wrote: "Thank you to the fans, staff, my friends and my family for all the support.
"I’m glad we could bring it home for you. It’s an honour to captain this football club. History makers."
According to Bet365, United are outsiders to sign Rice this summer. Arsenal are the favourites at 4/11 while United sit at 6/1.
