Australian actress Cate Blanchett revealed that she recently suffered a head injury due to a potentially deadly accident during the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown. The 51-year-old actor casually shared a few details from her near-death experience in a podcast interview with former Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard, Daily Mail reported.

Nick Cordero has been battling Corornavirus complications at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for over two months now. The Broadway actor has got his right leg amputated due to blood clotting and has undergone a tracheotomy to support his breathing. Nick was diagnosed with Pneumonia initially and tested positive for Coronavirus after his third test. The actor has been putting up a great fight against the novel COVID-19 and has been on the ventilator for over two months.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor has shocked fans by taking to social media to share a photo of herself after being rushed to hospital.The 41 year old took to Instagram to share an image of her gory injuries after suffering a nasty fall by the side of the River Thames. Murder On The Dancefloor hitmaker Sophie posted the photo in black and white to save her fans from the full shock of her wounds, which have left her looking almost unrecognisable.

January Jones and her seven-year-old son, Xander Dane Jones, joined in the fight against racial injustice on June 1, protesting police brutality after the May 25 death of unarmed Black man George Floyd. In a post that the Mad Men alum, 42, made to her Instagram grid, January captured her son holding a sign that said “I can’t breathe,” the final words spoken by George as he was pinned down by police, losing his life as a result of asphyxiation.

Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk's wife Lauren Luyendyk has revealed that she recently suffered a miscarriage.  The couple uploaded a video on YouTube detailing and sharing their story. "A little over a month ago, we got the most exciting news and we found out that we were pregnant with our second baby," the video description reads.
