Containing a component called capsaicinoids - responsible for enhanced metabolism - chilli peppers could be a key ingredient in your weight loss journey.

The fat can be dangerous despite not be visible to the naked eye and carrying a lot can increase risks of health issues such as heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, certain cancers and stroke.
Most of us can tell if you have some extra pounds by simply measuring our waistlines.
According to WebMD, a waist measuring 35 inches or more (in woman) could put you in the danger zone.
For men, the danger zone begins at 40 inches.
However, the eye-opening research published in the peer-reviewed journal BMC Obesity focused on a how the spice can help.
There were 75 "healthy" volunteers recruited for the trial, who were randomly assigned a placebo, 2mg of capsaicinoids, or 4mg of capsaicinoids.
Participants were evaluated with respect to fat mass and percent body fat before the trial began and at the end of the experiment.
By the end of the 12-week trial, those taking 4mg of capsaicinoids had a 5.91 percent lower body fat reading compared to placebo.
The percentage change of fat mass in the 4mg capsaicinoids group, after 12 weeks of treatment, was 6.68 percent compared to placebo.
The researchers added: "Further studies are required to explore pharmacological, physiological, and metabolic benefits of both chronic and acute capsaicinoids consumption."
