Despite this week being a fairytale themed show, we’ve had a bit of a nightmare what with illness amongst the cast and also the decision from Caprice to leave the show. I really didn’t see that coming, and I think it came as quite a shock to everyone but it really is a case of ‘the show must go on’.

It was musicals week and we put together an ambitious opening number that starred all the pros, celebrities and the judges. It was a huge ask of everybody, as they had to move the set around quickly, whilst also performing tricks galore but I was so happy with the end result! Just hours before the show went live, puddles started appearing on the ice as if it was melting.
Luckily our amazing ice team fixed it just in time and we avoided the rink turning into a swimming pool. ITV really pushed
