Connor opened up to OK! on what started the anxiety off, admitting: "I've had anxiety for the past years and I guess being in the band – I don't want to say it's a trigger – but being away from home started it." The pop star would find different ways to distract himself and make himself feel better, especially while on tour, and said this is when he turned to gaming.
