A woman has filmed the 'shocking' moment a man dips his Domino's pizza into a pint of Guinness, causing quite a stir online. Amarah Maddar was passing by Millers pub in Kings Cross, London, when she spotted the unusual food combination and decided to film it.
The man, who was out with five friends, seemed unfazed as he dipped his pizza slice into his drink. Amarah, a personal assistant from London, shared the video on social media, writing: "What have I just witnessed? Dipping Domino's into your pint is criminal!"
The 26-year-old's clip from March 14 quickly gained attention and has been viewed over 140,000 times. While many viewers were shocked by the man's choice, some came to his defence.
One person jokingly suggested that the Metropolitan police should investigate the incident, commenting: 'Hello @MetPoliceuk Can you look into this please?'.
Another said: 'Not any pint, Guinness (crying face emoji)'.
However, one person defended the man, saying: 'He's an innovator, leave him be'. Some even argued that dipping pizza in Guinness isn't as bad as topping pizza with pineapple.
Amarah recalled: "I was walking with some colleagues to go and meet some friends for drinks after work. I passed the busy pub with people drinking outside and noticed a group eating pizza and drinking.
"My friends and I couldn't believe it, it was such an odd thing to do we were all laughing at him. The friends we were meeting with wouldn't have believed us to I took a video on my phone to show them.
"The guys friends acted like it was normal for him to dip pizza in his pint, they didn't bat an eyelid."
