COVID-19 crisis could cost Perth and Kinross Council £50 million

Perth and Kinross Council has said it will be ready for school children to return full time in August if COVID-19 is significantly suppressed. Parents had been gearing up to deal with a ‘blended learning’ model so kids could social distance at schools, with some even being told their children would be at school just one day a week.
