West Lothian Council has accused Holyrood of locking councils out of emergency funding given to the Scottish Government to meet the coronavirus crisis.
Council leader, Councillor Lawrence Fitzpatrick, expressed “sheer anger” that £155m in emergency funding has not been passed on to Scottish councils.
He said it was time for Scottish ministers to “stump up”.
