India, Poland and some territories in the Middle East are the latest areas where movie theaters are rapidly being shuttered as the the World Health Organization on Wednesday declared a global coronavirus pandemic.
Poland has become the latest country to close down cinemas and public institutions in a bid to slow the spread of the coronavirus. On Wednesday, the Polish government announced it was shutting down all cinemas, schools, universities, theaters and museums for two weeks.
