Dundee.The ‘skinny’ suspect who was driving a yellow van with black stripes approached three boys.The incident happened on the junction of Camperdown Road and MacAlpine Road at about 5pm last night The man is described as aged around 50, with greying hair and spoke with an Aberdeen accent.
