The couple, who have been dating for two years, were seen partying away at the Coachella music festival in California over the weekend, and according to reports from The Sun, 27 year old Phoebe referred to her actor beau as her "fiancé". Amongst the festivities, the pair were also spotted dancing and hanging out with 26 year old Paul's good friend and Normal People co-star Daisy Edgar-Jones, 23.
