The Co-op Live has said entrance into tonight's Nicki Minaj concert has been delayed after she was hit with problems travelling to Manchester.
Tonight's gig has been thrown into doubt after the American rapper and singer put a series of cryptic social media posts on X saying 'they're trying to keep me from MANCHESTER'. In a string of posts on her profile, she said that her luggage has been taken at the airport, presumably by security, while travelling from Amsterdam to attend the gig.
During a video she then posted onto her Instagram and X profiles, the American rapper and singer can be seen talking to an Amsterdam officer who accuses her of "carrying drugs". He can then be seen urging her to go into what appears to be a police van while he tells her she will be going to a "police station".

In a post on X just before 4pm, Nicki said that she has to go to the "precinct" in order to give a "statement". However, the officer tells Nicki that they will try to help her get to tonight's show by getting the process done as quickly as possible before she enters the police van and has the door closed behind her.
She has not posted on her profile since, with fans left fearing tonight's show will not go ahead. Co-op Live has since posted on X saying: "Please note that general admission and premium doors for tonight’s @NickiMinaj show will now open at 19:00." The previous door opening time was 6.30pm, with Minaj initially expected to take to the stage at 8pm.
While promoters for tonight's show currently insist that doors will open at 7pm, many fans are finding it hard to believe she will get to the stage on time.
